Calling this endpoint

The source behind this endpoint answers from a queue, and that queue outlives an HTTP request — so there is no live call to make. Queue it as a task and poll for the result; /v1/google/maps-reviews itself answers 400 async_only.

Parameters

Supply at least one of keyword or place_id or cid. Neither is required on its own.

Name	Type	Required	Description
keyword	string	one of	Business name. Up to 700 characters.
place_id	string	one of	Google place id, e.g. "ChIJ...".
cid	string	one of	Google CID — the other place identifier.
depth	number	optional	Reviews to return, 1-4490. Default 10. Billed per 10.
sort_by	string	optional	Review ordering. Default relevant. One of: newest, highest_rating, lowest_rating, relevant.
location	string	required	Location to search from. One of: afghanistan, albania, algeria, american_samoa, andorra, angola, antarctica, antigua_and_barbuda, argentina, armenia, australia, austria, +201 more. language_code	string	optional	Language code, e.g. "tr". Either this or language_name.
language_name	string	optional	Full language name, e.g. "Turkish". Either this or language_code.
task_id	string	optional	Collect an upstream task that timed out earlier instead of starting a new one. Pass the `task_id` from the failed task's error.

MCP

Available to AI agents as the tool google_maps_reviews, with the same parameters and the same credit cost. The tool queues a task and returns its id, like the HTTP flow above.
